Yoga is an intuitive way of life and method to calm your mind. Yoga is an active science, available for everyone. Come and enjoy the inspiring setting of the Château de Pourtalès and its beautiful natural Park. Get to know the connection with yourself, the others and your environment. Postures, breathing and meditation allow you to relax your body, slow down your breath and calm your mind.
Our Yoga Trainer has a PhD in Yoga philosophy. Together with you, he defines the program according to your wishes and availability. Discovery courses from 1,5 h up to a whole day (2 x 3 h)
