A real tarte flambée baker welcomes you into their studio, tucked away in a romantic courtyard. He will tell you the story of the tarte flambée and show you how to make a traditional tarte flambée. Now it's up to the participants to prepare this popular Alsatian national dish. Create your own savory versions with bacon, onions and herbs.
